Dallas Ranks #2 For The Fastest Growing Suburbs

According to Realtor.com, Dallas ranks number two for the fastest growing suburbs.  Most of this is credited to the Wylie community.  In Wylie, the median home price is an affordable $369,000, a twenty-six percent savings versus living in the urban area, and about $100,000 less than the national median.

Many facts attribute to Dallas’ top spot on the fastest growing suburb chart, such as:

  • Affordable Real Estate
  • Great Education
  • Healthcare

All of these are great, but what really has Dallas’ community of Wylie on the rise is the economic impact the area is creating.  Job growth is on the incline with a need for college educated workers, especially at the new Collin College in Wylie, opening 2020.
