Director of Accounting

Rochelle Capps is the Director of Accounting at Web Media Group, Napa Valley Life, and 5 Point Services. With extensive experience in financial management and accounting, Rochelle has transformed the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial health and growth. Known for exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, Rochelle excels in managing complex financial systems, streamlining processes, and implementing effective financial strategies. Her career in banking and expertise in financial audits have further enhanced her ability to optimize financial processes. Rochelle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, painting, attending concerts, and time with family.

Erin Hayden Seal

Creative Director

Erin has been working on the creative side of the magazine publishing industry for over twenty years and has been Creative Director with WEB Media Group for the majority of that time. She began contributing to Napa Valley Life several years ago and took over the design of the magazine as Creative Director in 2018. Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin where she fell in love with all things design, and Austin. When not at her computer working to make deadline, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and hang with her husband, son and dog at their home in Austin.

Brad spaulding

Area Director

Brad is a marketing professional with 18 years of experience that he gained while working for newspapers, magazines and websites throughout the southeast. Brad enjoys learning about all business sectors and working with customers to craft individualized and effective marketing campaigns. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and lives in Athens with his wife and three kids. They enjoy travel, live music, cooking and hiking.
